Mango Smoothie

Serves: 2


Ingredients:

1 ripe mango diced into chunks
1 cup  light (low fat) coconut milk
1/2 cup low fat milk
1/2 cup low fat vanilla ice cream
2 tablespoons CAPILANO honey

Method:

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until thick and frothy. Pour into glasses.

Notes:

Low fat milk can be substituted for the Coconut milk.
Choose a ripe mango by smelling it. If you can’t smell it then it isn’t ripe.
Add a dash of White rum and crushed ice for a decadent adults only smoothie.
Any leftovers can be placed in kids ice block moulds and frozen for a healthy kids treat on a hot day.
