Ingredients:
1/3 cup chilled white cranberry juice
2/3 cup natural thick yoghurt
1-1 1/2 cups diced fresh fruit
2 teaspoons wheatgerm
2-3 tablespoons CAPILANO honey,
to taste
Method:
Place juice, yoghurt, fruit, wheatgerm and CAPILANO honey in a blender; blend until smooth.
Pour into a pretty glass and serve.
Variations:
Passion Berry Smoothie:
Blend 10-12 roughly chopped strawberries with mixture. Swirl through the pulp of 1 passionfruit before serving.
Banana & Pear Smoothie:
Blend ingredients with 1 cored and chopped pear and 1 chopped ladyfinger banana. Drizzle servings with a little extra CAPILANO honey.
