Ingredients:
4 ripe mangoes
light olive oil spray
1/4 cup Capilano Honey to serve
coconut sorbet or vanilla ice-cream
chopped toasted macadamia nuts
Method:
1. Cut 2 cheeks from each mango. Spray cut side of mangoes with oil spray. Heat a barbecue hotplate orstove top grill over a medium-high heat. Place mango cheeks on grill, cut side down. Cook for 3 minutes or until heated through.
2. Place on serving plates and drizzle with honey. Serve with sorbet or ice-cream sprinkled with macadamia nuts.
