Berry Smoothie

Serves: 2


Ingredients:

250 grams mixed berries in season
(or frozen)
250 grams low fat vanilla yoghurt
1 cup milk
3 tablespoons CAPILANO Honey

Method:

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until thick and frothy. Serve in tall glasses.

Notes:

• A mix of fresh and frozen berries can be used.
• High in calcium.
• High in anti-oxidants.
• Any leftovers can be placed in kids ice block moulds and frozen for a healthy kids treat on a hot day.
